Steel-lined PTFE reaction kettle is composed of kettle body, kettle cover, jacket, mixer, transmission equipment, shaft sealing equipment, support and so on. When the mixing equipment has a large diameter, multi-layer mixing paddles can be used, and it can also be optionally selected according to user requirements. A jacket is set outside the kettle wall, or a heat exchange surface is set in the device, and heat exchange can also be performed by external circulation. The support base includes a support type or an ear type support. Gear speed reducers should be used for speeds exceeding 160 rpm. The number of holes, specifications or other requests can be planned and manufactured according to user requirements.

1. Packing seals are usually selected under normal or low pressure conditions, and the applied pressure is usually less than 2 kg.

2. Mechanical seals are usually selected under medium pressure or vacuum conditions, and the pressure is usually negative pressure or 4 kg.

3. Under high pressure or medium volatility conditions, magnetic seals will be used, and the pressure usually exceeds 14 kg. Except for the magnetic seal, which uses water to cool down, other sealing forms will add a cooling water jacket above 120 degrees.

Use note:

The reactor is a kind of reaction equipment. Be sure to pay attention during operation. Otherwise, it will be damaged due to many factors and the production will be forced to be suspended. There are many aspects to the operation of the reactor.

First, the reactor must be operated strictly in accordance with regulations.

Secondly, before operation, carefully check for abnormalities. In normal operation, do not open the upper cover and touch the terminals on the board to avoid electric shock; do not operate under pressure; carefully observe the pressure during the test with nitrogen The change of the meter reaches the test pressure immediately, and the nitrogen valve switch is closed immediately; the heating rate should not be too fast, and the pressurization should be performed slowly, especially the mixing speed, which allows only a slow rise.

Finally, when the kettle body is heated to a higher temperature, do not touch the kettle body to avoid scalding; the temperature should be reduced first after the test. Do not cool down quickly to prevent damage from excessive temperature differential pressure. Unplug the power in time together.
